Entergy Louisiana, LLC, and the St. Bernard Parish Office of Community Development will team up to offer Outreach Day on Friday, July 11.

The Office of Community Development will help qualified St. Bernard Parish residents apply for assistance from the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. The program provides money to help low income residents pay their utility bills.

Entergy Louisiana representatives will be on hand to give weatherization tips to help customers save money on their monthly electric bills. They will also provide tips for preparing for hurricanes.

The St. Bernard Parish Office of Homeland Security will sign up special needs residents who need assistance when evacuating during emergencies.
